Arrow Story Corner – “Hanukkah, Here I Come!”

Category: Nicely News

Author: aaronnieson

Hanukkah (or Chanukah) begins at sundown on Thursday, December 7, 2023, and ends the evening of Friday, December 15, 2023 (8 nights). Hanukkah means “dedication” and is a Jewish holiday that honors and celebrates one of the first recorded fights for religious freedom and the success of this fight.

To commemorate the holiday, Barbara Maze of The Parkway Senior Living reads “Hanukkah, Here I Come!” by D.J. Steinberg and illustrated by Sara Palacios!
