The Burlington Creek Senior Living

Shows Appreciation to Its Dedicated Employees

Here at The Burlington Creek Senior Living, we believe in the power of a chuckle. In today’s fast-paced world, it’s important to remember that laughter reduces stress, boosts morale, and enhances teamwork and creativity. Throughout the year as Business Office Director, a part of my role has always been promoting employee appreciation. From social recognition and milestone awards to our weekly creative follow-ups (CFUs), we always take a moment for our hard-working team members. This past year, my favorite CFU was my rolling hot chocolate bar.

Creative Follow-Ups

Throughout the year, these CFUs will continue. However, there’s a particular excitement brewing for Employee Appreciation Day, which falls on March 1st. We invite you to join us in celebrating this special occasion. It’s a day dedicated to showing gratitude to our employees for their hard work and dedication. We aim to foster a sense of camaraderie among our team, where laughter and shared experiences strengthen our bonds. On this day, we’ll be hosting a lotto-themed event, adding an element of fun and excitement to our celebrations.

These are just a few wonderful examples of how The Burlington Creek appreciates the team. We genuinely believe that when done right, employee recognition creates a workplace culture that helps people thrive. It promotes retention and makes us a great place to work, which, in turn, makes us a great place to live.
