Hudson Grande Senior Living Business Office Director Appreciates Community Employees

Category: Senior Living

Author: Jennifer Stachowiak, Business Office Director

In today’s fast-paced world of healthcare, companies are increasingly realizing the importance of creating a positive workplace culture. Here at Hudson Grande Senior Living, we understand employee recognition is essential to achieving this culture.

Employee recognition is just as it sounds: recognizing and thanking employees for their hard work and effort. At Hudson Grande, we like to show this appreciation in several ways. From social recognition, milestone awards, or our weekly creative follow-ups (CFUs), we always take a moment for our hard-working team members.

As the Business Office Director, I always promote employee appreciation. This past year, my favorite CFU was when we celebrated the 70s in the community. I purchased Pop Rocks and passed them out to the employees. I loved seeing their expressions when they started eating the candy. I told them they “Rocked as Employees” at Hudson Grande!

This is just one example of the many outstanding team members we have. We genuinely believe when done right, employee recognition creates a workplace culture that helps people thrive, promotes retention, and makes us a great place to work, which in turn makes us a great place to live.
